We can't calculate, charge and remit the different amounts of VAT to all 27 EU countries four times a year, when we are one person businesses. It is too much admin and too expensive to employ an EU based agent as currently required.

Have a look at Kofu Tsumugi, Azumino and Sakizome Momen (for plains and subtle plaids), or check out some of the Japanese striped cottons. Many of these are also available as pre cuts.
